Last updated: August 23, 2026
At Music'All, we maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), grooming, and any behavior that endangers minors. We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful environment for all users in full compliance with international child protection laws, EU regulations, and Google Play Child Safety Standards.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAM & CSAE
Any user who creates, uploads, shares, solicits, promotes, or links to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or explicit imagery involving minors,
- Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in text, media, reviews, comments, or community discussions,
- Grooming behaviors, predation, sexualized conversation targeting or involving minors,
will face immediate and permanent account termination, IP blocking, and automatic escalation to law enforcement authorities.
2. Content Moderation & Proactive Protection
Music'All enforces robust safeguards across all user-generated content (reviews, ratings, custom lists, community rooms, avatars, bio, and comments):
- Automated Detection: Automated filtering filters out abusive keywords, predatory language, suspicious patterns, and illicit links.
- Community Reporting Mechanisms: Users can flag and report inappropriate messages, comments, reviews, or user profiles directly within the application with a single tap.
- Rapid Moderation Review: Flagged content is prioritized by our moderation team for swift inspection, removal, and account suspension.
3. Law Enforcement Reporting & NCMEC Cooperation
In accordance with legal mandates (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and applicable European child safety directives), Music'All immediately reports confirmed or suspected instances of CSAM/CSAE to:
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) through automated CyberTipline reports, and/or
- Relevant national and European law enforcement agencies (e.g., PHAROS / Cybercrime divisions).
We preserve relevant evidence (such as account details, logs, and IP records) to assist law enforcement in their investigations and prosecutions.
4. Age Requirements & Minor Privacy
Music'All is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We strictly prohibit minors under the minimum legal age from registering. If we discover that an underage account has been created, we promptly delete the account and purge all associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact
We have designated a point of contact responsible for handling child safety reports, legal escalations, and inquiries from child protection authorities:
