Terms of Service – Music'All

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Music'All application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service” or “Music'All”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing Music'All, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features of Music'All (such as writing reviews, rating albums, creating lists, and participating in communities), you must register an account:
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Community Guidelines & Content Policy
Music'All is a community for music discovery and passionate discussion. By posting content (reviews, ratings, lists, comments, community messages, bio, or avatars), you agree that you will not submit content that:
- Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or promotes discrimination.
- Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
- Contains explicit pornography, violence, or malicious links.
- Impersonates any person or entity, including artists, moderators, or other users.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to moderate, edit, or remove any user content that violates these guidelines, and to suspend or terminate offending accounts.
4. User Content & License
You retain full ownership of the reviews, lists, and comments you publish on Music'All. By posting content on the Service, you grant Music'All a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, distribute, and format your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
5. Intellectual Property & Music Metadata
The Music'All software, branding, UI designs, logos, and features are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Album artwork, artist photographs, track titles, and related music metadata displayed on the Service are property of their respective copyright owners and are utilized for descriptive, critical, and indexing purposes under fair use principles.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (such as Appwrite for cloud backend, music metadata providers, streaming previews, or analytics). Music'All does not control and is not responsible for the availability or terms of third-party platforms.
7. Account Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our dedicated Music'All Account Deletion Page. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Music'All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Music'All following notification or publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
