- Social Graph & Interactions: Information regarding users you follow, your followers, and interactions with other users' reviews or lists.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
- Device & Technical Information: IP address, device model, operating system version, browser type, and anonymous crash/performance diagnostics to maintain platform stability.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymous metrics on app feature adoption, session duration, and navigation patterns to optimize user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data for the following legitimate purposes:
- To power your personal music diary, track history, and review feed.
- To compute community ratings, aggregated charts, and personalized music recommendations.
- To authenticate and manage your user account securely via Appwrite backend infrastructure.
- To enable social features such as following friends, liking reviews, and sharing lists.

3. Public Content & Visibility
Music'All is designed as a social platform for music fans. By default, your profile, logged music, star ratings, written reviews, and public lists are visible to other members of the community and public visitors. You may configure privacy settings for individual lists or profile visibility in your account settings.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell, monetize, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with essential service providers necessary for operation:
- Appwrite: Secure user authentication, database management, and media storage.
- Music Metadata APIs: For searching and fetching album covers, artist bios, and tracklists.
- Infrastructure & Analytics: Server hosting and anonymous performance monitoring.
- Legal Obligations: Competent legal authorities when required by applicable law.

We implement industry-standard encryption, tokenized authentication, and secure access protocols to safeguard your personal data. While we strive to protect your information, no transmission over the internet is completely infallible.
6. Your Rights & Data Retention
Under applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access, review, and export your personal music log and review data.
- Modify or rectify your profile and review contents at any time.
- Request complete deletion of your account and all associated logs via the in-app settings or via our dedicated Music'All Account Deletion Page.

Music'All is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
