Music'All – Account & Data Deletion

What Data Gets Deleted?

When an account deletion request is executed, the following information is permanently purged from our active databases:

  • Your Appwrite authentication credentials and login records
  • Your profile avatar, username, and biography
  • All logged music entries and listening journal history
  • All star ratings and written album/track reviews
  • All custom created playlists, rankings, and favorite lists
  • Social connections (followers and following lists)

Data Retention & Timelines

We process deletion requests with the highest priority:

  • Immediate effect: Your profile and reviews are immediately hidden from public feeds and community search.
  • Permanent Purge: All primary database records are completely deleted within 48 hours of verification.
  • Backups: Residual cached backups are purged within 30 days in accordance with standard disaster-recovery cycles.
  • No Retention: No personal logs or identifiers are retained for advertising or commercial reuse.

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion

If you have the Music'All application installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly without waiting for manual processing:

  1. Open the Music'All app
  2. Go to your Profile tab → Tap on Settings (⚙️)
  3. Scroll to the Account & Privacy section
  4. Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Email Trigger)

If you have uninstalled the application or can no longer log in, use the form below to generate an authorized deletion request to our support team.

Account deletion is irreversible. All your ratings, reviews, playlists, and listening history will be permanently wiped.
